Mr. Rebo’s extensive portfolio of projects includes an important role with the British car manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover. From November 2014 to August 2015, he served as a freelance on-site project manager under the auspices of KUKA, a renowned German robotics manufacturer. His assignment was based in Birmingham, United Kingdom, where he was entrusted with a pivotal role in the production of the new Jaguar XF.

As the linchpin of the project, Mr. Rebo was responsible for all of the robotic welding systems that were instrumental in the production of the Jaguar XF’s body. Demonstrating his ability to effectively coordinate large-scale operations, Mr. Rebo worked in sync with Jaguar engineers and managed the work of more than 100 employees from KUKA and its subcontractors. This considerable task required meticulous organization and strategic planning, skills Mr. Rebo possesses in abundance.

Under Mr. Rebo’s leadership, the team worked from an empty factory floor and progressively installed and commissioned all systems. The culmination of these efforts was the successful project acceptance, signaling yet another on-time, high-quality delivery for Mr. Rebo.

This collaboration with Jaguar Land Rover is another testament to Mr. Rebo’s ability to navigate the complexities of high-stakes automotive manufacturing projects. His role in the production of the Jaguar XF underscores his invaluable contributions to the industry and further cements his reputation for operational excellence and meticulous quality management.
